Tied Universal Expansion Joints
Features
The expansion joint comprises two bellows and large rods and ring plates. Upon pipe displacement, the spherical nut on the rod will move around the spherical washer. It can absorb lateral offset in any direction within the transverse plane. The rod bears an internal pressure thrust. It is mostly applied in thermal compensation for p-shaped, L-shaped, Z-shaped, and 3D Z-shaped pipelines.
