Expansion Joints and Flexible Metal Hoses Warranty 

All expansion joints and flexible metal hoses sold by Hou Yip Bellows are subject to this standard warranty:

1.      We promise that all products are entirely new products made by our factory, without any defect or damage. The dimension and features are totally meet with the requirements by the purchaser.

2.      All products sold by us are 100% inspected by the Quality Control Dept. before delivery.

3.      It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to ensure that the product is properly packaged for transportation.

During the period of the installation, testing or operating, we can dispatch an experienced   engineer to have the on-site guidance if the purchaser request. Service fee will be charged.

Below is the warranty claim procedure:

1.      When the purchaser find any product sold by HOU YIP Bellows to be defective under proper usage and service, please contact us at once and provide us with the following: purchase order(or related proof); photos to show the details of the defective ; description of the working circumstances;

2.      Please don’t remove the product from pipeline or sending it back to us without our permission, and we will not take the responsibility if you have it repair without our guidance.

3.      We shall examine the product according to the reality and specific condition, and will repair or replace it if due to quality problem.
