Quality Control
We have set up an independent Quality Control Department (QC Dept.) equipped with nationally accredited quality engineers (QEs), inspectors, censors and NDT workers, wholes sets of quality control procedures and relevant testing and inspecting equipment. The QC Dept. carries out quality management on products and quality supervision & inspection on processes and procedures on behalf of the Management of the Company; and performs internal quality control, quality management, visual quality assurance, transport & packaging quality inspection and supervision as well as quality appraisal, assessment, certification, inspection and supervision for new products or as specially required in line with ISO9001-2008 Quality System Standards, EJMA, GB/T12777-2008, GB16749-1997,GB/T14525-2010 and the international standard ASME.SEC.Ⅷ.
1. Material Quality Control
The following material inspections and testing are available if any purchaser requires: ● Mechanical property test of material (test report thereof will be provided)
● Chemical composition test of material (test report thereof will be provided)
● Positive material identification (test report thereof will be provided)
The Company will accompany the quality assurances for materials provided by the original manufacturers whether any purchase requires the above or not.
2. Nondestructive Test (NDT)
● Radiographic test (RT)
● Magnetic particle inspection
● Halogen leak detection
● Liquid penetrating test (PT)
● Ultrasonic test (UT)
● Air blasting leak test
3. Routine tests for finished products
● Hydraulic test with 1.5x design pressure
● Gas tight test with 1.2x design pressure
● Vacuum test
● Dimensional and visual inspection for all products
4. Tests for new products and special types
● Product fatigue life test
● Product stiffness test
● Product bending test and limit destructive test
